We recommend you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery services. These provide tracking facilities and signature on delivery. Of course the choice is yours and you can send your source material by ordinary first or second class post is you wish. We also provide a Collection & Delivery service. Ordinarily we use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery services (choice is yours) to ship back your video and DVD. Recorded Delivery provides you with a maximum coverage of £27 compensation for loss or damage. If your source videos are valued more that £27 we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Parcel Force (cover up to £250 or more).
